Join Voices Rock as we take the field to sing the national anthem ahead of a Tacoma Rainiers baseball game on September 10!
Game Day: Thursday, September 10 at 7:05 p.m.
Rehearsals: Come to one of two rehearsals the week before the game, then attend the dress rehearsal on Wednesday, September 9 before our normal VR Tacoma rehearsal. All rehearsals will be held at the Bellarmine Prep.
Pick one of these two rehearsals to attend:
- Thursday, September 3
- Sopranos: 6:30-7:00pm
- Altos: 7:00-7:30pm
- Baritones: 7:30-8:00pm
- Tuesday, September 8
- Sopranos: 6:30-7:00pm
- Altos: 7:00-7:30pm
- Baritones: 7:30-8:00pm
The dress rehearsal for everyone is Wednesday, September 9 from 6:00-7:00pm. We’ll start our regular VR rehearsal at 7pm afterward!
Fee to participate: $35, which covers our rehearsal space, music copies and a black VR t-shirt that you get to keep! If you already have a VR t-shirt, the fee to participate is $20.
All singers will also need a ticket to the game. Tickets are $24.11 (cheaper than list price!) and include a ballpark meal. Purchase that here to be in our section!
How to sign up: If you are joining us for the Fall 2026 session of VR in Tacoma or Seattle, you will see the option to add on the Rainiers experience during registration. If you would like to join us only for the anthem and not the full session of VR, sign up here!
